Why give?

Every dollar directly supports bee research, community education, and pollinator conservation at 7,000 feet in the Arizona high country.

  • Fund citizen science that actually matters

Our 5-year AHB distribution study (2026–2030) tracks Africanized honeybee spread into cold climates — data no university is collecting at this scale in Coconino County.

  • Bring bees up-close in Flagstaff schools

Live observation hive demos, anatomy slideshows, and hands-on Q&A sessions reach hundreds of K–8 students each spring — free of charge to every school we visit.

  • Support native pollinator habitat

Beyond honey bees, we partner with the City of Flagstaff and local nurseries to expand native flora corridors that support solitary bees, butterflies, and other pollinators.

  • rain the next generation of beekeepers

Our mentorship program pairs new beekeepers with experienced guidance — from first package install to sustainable management — building community resilience one hive at a time.

  • Inspire others in your community

When you give, you signal that local science and local education matter. Your generosity encourages neighbors, farmers, and fellow nature lovers to get involved too.

  • Inspire Others

Your generosity can motivate friends, family, and colleagues to do the same.
